Refund Policy
All payments for tutoring, coaching, and training services are non-refundable at this time.
By booking a session or purchasing a service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Once a service has been scheduled, confirmed, or delivered, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including missed sessions or changes in personal circumstances.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we may allow rescheduling with reasonable advance notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be considered. In rare or exceptional circumstances, Sunshine Family Education Services reserves the right to review requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. This policy is in place to ensure fair scheduling and availability for all clients.
